Combustible Dust Removal

Over time, dust will accumulate inside of manufacturing, production, and warehouse facilities, causing a major safety hazard by OSHA and affecting the Indoor Air Quality of the facility.

Eagle Services utilizes explosion-proof High Efficiency Particulate (HEPA) Air Vacuums, dry ice blasting, and properly trained personnel to eliminate combustible dust hazards. Eagle also has manlift equipment to gain access to rafters, rails, and ceilings high up within the facility. Donned with the proper PPE, Eagle Services’ technicians can take on any size facility and make it compliant and safe moving forward.

Concrete Scarification

Eagle Services utilizes 40,000 psi water directed by robotically controlled nozzles. High pressure water exposes rebar in preparation for concrete restoration.

Dry Ice Blasting

For applications which require a cleaning process in settings where time-consuming disassembly would be inconvenient and expensive, Eagle Serves uses dry ice blasting, which is a non-abrasive, nonflammable and nonconductive cleaning method. It is environmentally-friendly and contains no secondary contaminants such as solvents or grit media.

Dry Ice Blasting is approved for, and well- suited for, use in the food, agriculture, and general industries. Items can be cleaned in place, without damaging active electrical and mechanical parts or creating fire hazards. Dry ice blasting can also be used to remove production residues, release agents, contaminants, paints, oils and biofilms. It is a versatile cleaning method that can be as gentle as removing smoke damage from books or as aggressive as removing weld slag from tooling.

Surface Prep

Eagle Services employs trained personnel, proprietary chemicals and methodologies to remove lead based paint, lead liners, and other lead contaminated materials. Eagle then prepares the surfaces in accordance with the coating specialist to ensure long term success.
